Corinthia Estates descends from LTS Refurbishments, incorporated in London in 1992. From inception the company worked on a single premise: quality over quantity, choosing only the highest calibre projects for end user clients.
The workshop has never run more than six live projects at any one time, so each commission receives the full attention of the team behind it.
That discipline produced two of the most significant residential fit outs in London history. In 2012, the full fit out of the Bulgari Hotel penthouse, sold for circa $155,000,000, the second most expensive the city has seen.
LTS Refurbishments is now main contractor for the full fit out of the Peninsula Hotel penthouse, the most expensive residence ever sold in London.
