Villa Sapphire, with handover set for Q1 2026, marks our entry into Dubai’s luxury market with the same standards that defined three decades of work in London’s most demanding residential sector.
Since 1992, we have built our reputation on London’s most significant commissions, delivering the fit-out for the two most expensive penthouse apartments ever sold at The Peninsula Hotel and Bvlgari Hotel. These projects didn’t establish our standards. They proved them.
Now, we bring that precision to the UAE. Villa Sapphire is where proven execution meets Dubai’s most prestigious address.
Located on Palm Jumeirah’s Crown Frond, Villa Sapphire is the first of five properties we are developing to the highest specification available in the market.
